Penny Pinching Continues

Hello all my crafty friends,

The Penny Pinching Series continues.....this time with file folders?  HUH?  WHAT?  I know...funny but the material is great to work with.

This is album #1....it folds open 3 different ways and has room for tags.

These little albums are fast, fun and simple to do.  You can embellish them as much or as little as you want. 

 This is style #2.....I love this one!  It has room for room for a lot of photos with side loading pockets and top loading pockets as well.

If you really are not into the whole grungy look...how about this one?  It's the same little album just with different paper.

 And here is #3....  This one is a bit larger but just as fast and simple.

Hello all my crafty friends,

So in response to all of the questions I have been receiving about the flower class....

We will be using JUST the Tim Holtz Tattered Florals die. 

Class will be Saturday February 8th  10am-2pm ish or until you have had enough flower making.

There is no charge for this class.

Please bring:

A TON of pre-cut flowers....cut from card stock, paper and or double sided paper.
Hot glue gun
Heat tool or hair dryer
Small spray bottle of water
Flower shaping tools OR mouse pad and a sharpie
Brads
Scissors and pencil
Piercing tool or something to make a hole with.

These are the tools that I use.....but keep in mind you don't need them.  The sharpie works great as it has a nice round end on it.  That is really all you need....something with a smooth round end and a cushion of some sort....the mouse pads work just fine.

This the the McGill flower tool set.  I know that Hobby Lobby does have this and I think it's around $15...use your coupons! There is a shaping mat that goes along with this kit but I'm not sure how much it is.

These are Sculpey clay tools and they work great as well.  Both of them come together and the cost is $9.99 at Jo Anne's. You really don't want the set that has the changeable ends.....I have tried them and these work better.

Continuing with the Penny Pinching theme I have another series of albums designed for you.

This is album one:

There are 3 albums in this series, each album has 3 different page styles and again, I kept the supplies to a minimum to make this series really  cost effective.

All 3 albums were made with ONE 12x12 paper stack, ONE package of 25 count 12x12 card stock, ONE package of 12 paper bags and ONE package of mini paper bags.

This series will start February 15th.
